You already organize artwork in folders. Name them after institutions and licenses, and Albus knows exactly where to submit.
Name your artwork files after your SKU and Albus attaches the right UPI to every submission automatically.
Check submission status, approvals, and feedback instantly — no dashboard clicking required.
Your art team drops artwork into shared folders. Albus syncs it to the cloud instantly so your licensing team can submit — no handoffs, no uploads.
Albus connects to Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, and any MCP-compatible AI assistant via a single URL.
Save product categories, materials, logo applications, and manufacturer once. Albus reuses them on every submission so you never re-enter the same details.
Three steps from sign-up to managing submissions in chat.
STEP 01
Name folders after the institution (e.g. BYU/, FLA/), add subfolders for each license, and name files after your UPI. We recommend using SKUs as your UPI.
STEP 02
Download the Albus desktop app and point it at your artwork folder. Files sync to the cloud automatically as you add them.
STEP 03
Albus reads your folder structure, identifies the institution, license, and UPI, then submits each artwork to BM360 with the right metadata.
Connect Albus to your AI assistant with a single URL. It handles submissions, tracks approvals, posts comments, and searches your entire artwork history—all through conversation.
